Gildan New Mexico Bowl to use StatMonitr

ALBUQUERQUE, NM -- The Gildan New Mexico Bowl and StatBroadcast reached agreement to use the StatMonitr media stats system and stat monitor hardware at the 2012 Gildan New Mexico Bowl, to be held December 15, 2012 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The Gildan New Mexico Bowl started in 2006 and kicks off the bowl season as the first bowl to be played, this year on December 15. Played annually at University Stadium on the campus of the University of New Mexico, the bowl currently features the fourth pick from the Mountain West Conference pitted against the seventh pick from the Pac-12 Conference. Last year's matchup saw Temple defeat Wyoming 37-15.

The New Mexico Bowl is one of 12 bowl games that will use StatBroadcast's technology during the 2012-13 bowl season.
